Land Marks in the History of the Institute

1. 1968 - School was upgraded into a high school.
2. 1987 - The Silver Jubilee year of the Institute.
3. 1990 - School for the Deaf was upgraded into a Higher Secondary School.
4. 1991 - School for the Blind was upgraded into a Higher Secondary School.
5. 1993 - Foundation year of St. Louis College for the Deaf (B.Com. & B.C.A.)
6. 2001 - Commission of Rain Water Harvest Project - I
7. 2002 - Webel Computer Project (Visually Challenged)
8. 2003 - Commission of Rain Water Harvest Project - II
9. 2006 - Foundation year of Dental Clinic.
10. 2008 - Inauguration of New Building for the Blind (Bhagatji Block)
11. 2009 - Installation of Solar Power Water Heating System.
12. 2009 - Class room Audio System was installed for the Visually Impaired
13. 2010 - Inauguration of new computer lab for the Visually Challenged & New Group Hearing Aid Centre for the Hearing Impaired.
14. 2012 - School Golden Jubilee Celebration (1962-2012)

15. 2013 - Smart Class System for the Heairng Impaired
16. 2014 - Commencement of M.Com degree at St. Louis college for the Deaf
17. 2015  -  Minority Status for St. Louis College for the Deaf
18. 2016  - Installation of New Braille printer for the Visually impaired, Tactile Device for the Hearing impaired.  Bio Gas plant induction.
19. 2022 - School Diamond Jubilee Celebration ( 1962 -2022)
